Will the Wii ever outsell the PSP in Japan?

The Wii does have some great games coming. Problem is that console gaming has suffered major declines over the past few years, while handhelds are increasing year over year. Even when the Wii gets quality games, and sales increase, they won't be enough to close the gap.
