Breaking Half-Life 3 up and releasing it as 3 Episodes well was a great business move on the behalf of Valve. The Orange Box which featured Half 2, Episodes 1 and 2, portal and Fortress 2 - 5 games on one game disc was by far the best package anyone has ever released with anything for anyone, ever.
I never played Half-Life. But I liked Half 2, Episode 2 was the best so far and Portal was a fun innovative puzzle game. I did not like Episode 1 and I could not get into Fortress 2 , due to slow broadband connection.
