Actually, I haven't played the game. It's just that the reviews seemed to neglect to mention the objective flaws in the game. Even if they wouldn't have docked points, the reviews should have mentioned them. That says willful ignorance to me.

The whole thing had the air of just inflating the importance of the game rather than the game itself.

That is what I mean. Whether the game is any good is irrelevant. It seemed to be praised for what they thought it would do for gaming rather than its own merits.

 

Don't worry, I played GTAIV. It froze on me 3 times in a 5 day-rental. I couldn't wait to give that thing back.

 

ZenFolderVGI is entitled to his opinion, and I'm happy that he acually found some enjoyment of outGTA 4,wherever it was.  GTA III is my personal favorite, and Vice City wasn't too bad either; it is a close second. San Andreas was  good, but it just didn't hype me up like GTA 3 did when I played it.

 

I wonder if I can find GTA3 for my laptop. That would warrant a replay.......
