I think it's more fair to say that everyone enjoys games with violence in them.

I enjoy violence in and of itself at levels which are appropriate to the setting of the game.

How is that different than what I said?

 

I think he's saying that people may not particularly like the game because it has violence in it, but they like a game that just so happens to have violence in it, and they may be indifferent to the violence.
