No, I don't think so. It'll be close, but the PSP is getting just enough games to keep and hold that lead. It will shrink as the PSP gets older, but it should pad the lead to keep a razor thin margin.
Wii will get within 1-2m units, but given how poor the Wii is selling in Japan (and how bad it has for quite some time), I don't think it will. Handheld gaming is a lot bigger, and the PSP is really benefiting from it.
Back from the dead, I'm afraid.
