Tales of Symphonia 2 had pretty crappy graphics too.  Honestly, this game pretty good when they're showing shots of the scenery but as soon as they show the character models it goes way downhill.

I really hope you don't think that first screenshot is Tales of Symphonia 2.

 

This is a SquareEnix game called Radiata Stories. It was a budget game for Square that actually turned out to be a decent game. Although this game doesn't play anything like a Tales game and is a completely different art style than Arc Rise Fantasia.

But if you did know that then sorry in advance.
