Don't you have a ps3?  All ps3's can play ps1 games.

 

Aye, that I do. But I'm using it solely for PS3 games. I have 2 PS2's though. NTSC and PAL.

Heck, if it won't work, then I'll use the PS3 for it. It's NTSC, just as my copy of the game. Legend of Dragoon PAL copies are rare and expensive.
