A) Drop the price of the Arcade down to $150. Just like a $300 PS3 isn't feasible at the moment, neither is this.

B) Keep the Arcade the same price but include a harddrive with it. Terrible idea, parents (who I'm guessing buy the most of these) don't look at what comes in the box, they just look at the price.

C) Pay for more exclusive "DLC" They want to do this anyways

D) Pay for more "timed exclusives" See above

E) Offer a free year of XBL with each console. They could but won't
