The only reason Sony hasn't upped the price of the PS3 here is because the PS3 sells badly because of it's high price, and Sony knows it. thus they have increased the prices of other products instead.
The price of the Wii, despite what some will tell you, was never a major factor in stopping the Wii selling like it does.
