 Recently, my 360 crapped out. I sent my console to microsoft 2 weeks ago and today I got an email notifying me that they received my console. I had some questions concerning the repair.

1) Do they fix my console and send it back to me? Or they just send a replacement console?

2) Also if they do send me a replacemant console, will I get a North American console or a japanese one? (I have a japanese 360 but I live in Canada)
