That's what your complaining about? Instead of be whining and bemoaning about an incident of warranty you should be more grateful that you haven't had to send in your 360 3 or more times. Or that your not constantly having to buy a new DS every time your son or daughter drops theirs. There are plenty of hardware manufactures where their products are very sub par and will still actively screw you over.

How about the original PSP sticky buttons? Tapwave Zodiac screwed up analog, Archos, Palm and so on. Palm even under warranty expect you to pay 50+ dollars shipping and parts. You just don't pay for service. If your PDA is not under warranty ugg, your better off just buying a new one. My PDA cost 450, they will charge me about 400 to get it repaired.

There are times where Nintendo will overlook a week or two, but these are based on the individual and not the company. There is no guarantee who you will get. If you feel wronged call again and talk to another person or manager.

Considering how much you have enjoyed Nintendo product and games over the last many years. Your whining over something relatively small. Unfortunetaly we don't live in an ideal society where things don't break down. They do. Be fortunate that most of your other stuff hasn't.
