The PS2 is definitely helping them in some way, tho it is one less PS3 customer (at least for a while).
I am not sure if they can become profitable on each system any time soon. Just about the time they start to reduce costs, they may have to drop the price to keep selling. And if Blu Ray machines become cheaper than a PS3 it will really hurt.
