You misunderstand. Ninty is not taking losses fom the UK. The problem here is that their profits there have greatly reduced. They have high profit margins.
I do agree with you however that sony's position stinks because I remember when there was a rumor of sony raising prices, the bashers couldn't wait to take turns.
