Monster Hunter 3 likely had a Wii utilizing engine. Who knows what else it would be used for. |
That's also what I'm thinking which mean Capcom is capable building a good engine on Wii. It's just that they don't want to do it for RE on Wii and that's totally fine by me.
RE4 is a great game. I played it on my NGC and it's the only RE game I finished. I did not get that excited about RE5 though. I think part of it is because the main character changed from Leon to Chris. Who the hell is Chris? Well... I know he was the main character in one of the previous RE games but I never spent any time with him. However, I spent the whole RE4 adventure with Leon. I would be more interested in a RE game with a character that I'm faimiliar with which is why I'm kind of interested in The Darkside Chronicles.

Don't be too hard on Ubisoft or EA. At least Unisoft made specific Wii version of Shaun White and it turned out great. As for EA, Grand Slam Tennis and Tiger Woods 10 look like two great titles exclusive for Wii based on IGN's hand-on. At least they are trying.
MikeB predicts that the PS3 will sell about 140 million units by the end of 2016 and triple the amount of 360s in the long run.
