It'd be nice if namco revisted the splatterhouse series

So I was playing splatterhouse on my turbo grafx 16 today and man that series is due for a revival, glorified beat em ups are at their zenith (God of war, ninja gaiden and what not) and seriously splatterhouse should be among them, either with high end visuals on the big two or motion sensing controls on the wii (this is one game that I think whipping the wii remote to simulate the hacking would be fun in this contex), maybe a 3d revision of the first 2 games or the entire series.  I know they could count on my purchase if it was competent
