Not by a whole lot, but yes. VGC has PS3 at 4.96, 360 at 4.40, and Wii at 4.95.

I will repeat what I said in the Others weekly comments section:

"As for those talking about the PS3 attach ratio.... read what it says above the total software table:
SOFTWARE FIGURES ARE LARGELY INCOMPLETE!

The older a system is, the more software data is missing for PAL figures. So the Wii is slightly above the PS3 (although it includes Wii Sports, but there is a good argument against taking it out when talking attach ratio, who would buy a Wii but no game?)
The X360 will be missing a lot more data though and will have the highest ratio of the current gen in Europe just like it does in Americas (though it won't be as much of a difference as in America, and on a "from launch" basis is probably on par with Wii and PS3)"
