 Okay...let's look at this step by step...

- I'm not sure why you are comparing ME to UC, but I'll assume it's due to the release timeframe, since action games on consoles, normally sell better than RPGs.  So ME sold 2.33 to Drake's 2.62, but they both started off mildly, and both had solid legs.  Considering that Drake bundled...I'm not sure where you are going with that?

- Dead Rising and Rachet...errr...I'm not sure why you are picking those title, since it wasn't widely accepted that Dead Rising was expect to be some top seller for the 360  to begin with.

- Lastly Fable 2 to LBP...errr...Fable 2 has as big a lead in comparative week ones, as it does now.  I think M$ should look to bundle some of these games to boost the sales numbers....oh wait...that's how you LOSE money.

So, wrt to the legs argument, please find better examples.
