I can make out "Disclaimer: OPS will do everything... to deliver..."

Which I assume to be

"Disclaimer: OPS will do everything in order to deliver second place in the console warz to Sony, up to and including lying about which games are exclusive."

 

last part say "we may miss our deadline'
