I'm not British, but i'm sure the thought of switching to the euro makes any Brit reading this sick. Hell it kinda makes me sick.

 

 

actually i dont really mind the euro, it makes sense to have one european currency imo, no need for all that exchange rate stuff, makes money easier to understand when you go to europe

You should want the rest of Europe adopt the Pound before England adopts the euro. I sure as hell would not want America using the Loonie or Peso.

 

pride in what? a currency, thats kind of lame imo, its just what you use to buy stuff, as long as i have enough currency to buy what i need, why should i care what said currency is?

 

I agree, I would rather change too the Euro.

I can have pride in my work, family, friends... I don't see the point of pride in a country, even if it weren't a country currently in the sink, only a plug pull away from going down the drain.
