I know what game all the 10 to 12 year old boys are going to be wanting this Christmas!

I remember two incidents when I was at Wal~Mart. In the first incident I remember, it was like all these parents whose kids had asked them to buy them Halo 2 and GTA: SA for Christmas in 2004 and they were milling around the videogame case like they were obligated to buy their kids the games, but you know if any of their kids had gone crazy and offed somebody, the parents would have blamed it on the game and gotten lawyers to sue the developers instead of looking at themselves for being the kinds of parents that want to do anything to please their kids to get them out of their hair, and I wrote to Jack Trenton and told him bad parents were to blame for these incidents he wanted to take the videogame industry to task for, and then I wrote to him a bit later and my email bounced and it said receiver doesn't like you.

Then a couple of years later I was in Wal~Mart waiting to get my check cashed and there was a father and a son in there. And the son was no older than 10 in my estimation and he was trying to exchange an e game that he had for GTA: Vice City Stories on PSP and the clerk was trying to tell the father that the GTA games weren't really for kids, but the boy was like, "Oh that is the other GTA games." And the father just had a real jock / redneck air about him and his body language seemed to be saying, "Go ahead, contradict my kid, and if you do, then I'm going to whail on you. So, the 9 year old got his copy of GTA: Vice City Stories and he probably enacts torment upon all the weaker kids in his class at recess, but again that's not the game's fault, but the fault of the fact that anger management issues and belligerence seem to be inherited traits in that family imo..

On the question of has anybody ever heard of this group NIMF before, I actually think they are a fairly influential organization and that they do syndicated spots on radio and tv putting forth their ultra religious, right wing message everyday. I think the program Focus on the Family is theirs.

EDIT:  I looked it up and NIMF and Focus on the Family with Dr. James Dobson don't seem to be related although they do seem to have similar agenda and views on what America and its citizens should be which is probably threatened anytime someone disagrees with their largely outmoded viewpoints.
