If VGC was 300k too high -- that would be a margin of error of 0.3%.
In other words, pretty dad-gum impressive.
My guess is that it is close since I doubt there is much DSi stock on the shelf and at least in the US, DS Lite stock just started rebuilding inventory from the holidays last month. So a low amount in the supply chain would not be totally unexpected.
