If I'm not mistaken it will be Steambot Chronicles. This is Steambot Chronicles 2 a sequal to a PS2 Rpg that was released in Japan and US for PS2 although there is no sales data on it.

It sold 34,889 in 2005 according to Famitsu (#298), launched in June that year.
