Wanna talk about a prick of a boss. An ex-friend of mine worked with me at gamestop. I picked up a game I wanted to play on his 360. I took it over there to play but forgot to bring it with me home. I asked him to return the game for me and he said he did the next day. I had very little hours at Gamestop though cause I just started working there so I worked when they called me. They didn't call me for 2 weeks but I had another job I was busy with at the time so I didn't think much of it. I called after 2 1/2 weeks and the manager said to me I was fired a week ago. He said my friend was supposed to tell me because I never turned in a game I borrowed from the store. So I went to his parents house and asked if they would come with me to return the game. Long story short, he ended up getting fired himself but I never got my job back and the manager said he would put it down as i quite. I was frustrated but at least it didn't go against my work record. The manager by the way couldn't tell the difference between 360 or PS3 as when he was training me he kept on pointing at the Ps3 section and calling it 360 lmao :D |
