I think it's easy to be civil with those who share the same beliefs... seems like most people so far have agreed with you.
I for one don't think the PS3 is dying or trending towards destruction. I do however think the numerous SKU's (including not just hard-drive changes but also lack of backward compatibility and USB slots found on the original) and price cuts that have occurred, speak to how desperate Sony has been in the past to make the PS3 a viable competitor.
Today, as the sales sort out, I think any week where the gain in differential between the PS3 and the 360 is slightly negative or flat, Sony would consider a win. I also think if I had said 3 years ago that Sony, and PS3 fans would be happy just to stay even or close to the 360 in sales, regardless of price, I would've been burned at the stake for heresy.
