I don't think SEGA has done bad on the HD platforms - Iron Man / Viking of Asregard / Beijing 2008 / Condemned 2 all hit over a million on PS360, Unleashed will join them soon.
They support Nintendo because their type of games suit the console more. Better suited demographic, better suited style of game etc. I couldn't see them turning House of the Dead or Jet Set Radio into a HD epic :/.
They've got plenty of HD stuff in the works still, just it doesn't seem to get much hype. I guess SEGA just arn't capable enough to make stand-out games compared to the likes of Activsion / EA / Capcom.
