What we can give to Sony is that the effect of these big relases will give it some breath to be less hard pressed while deciding a possible price cut. But if and when PS3 should start becoming REALLY big, we would see bigger numbers than now. So, Sony isn't doomed, but it doesn't rule too. And anyhow it doesn't have any chance to fill the gap with Wii until HD TV's will be in the majority of households, HD consoles partially rely on graphics, SD TV's nullify one of their strong points. But by then PS4, XB720 and Wii2 will be already released and PS3, XB360 and Wii, if still on sale, will be entry level consoles, winning then would be economically good, but it would have a small image return.
