Is there a game similar to Little Big Planet for the Wii?

nope, nothing similar to it on the wii, or the 360.

If you want to play a platformer on the wii then go with Mario Galaxy, if you want to be able to build things and then knock them down get boom blox, otherwise if you want what LBP has to offer then get a PS3 and the game when you can.
