Rumor: Wii to get Code Veronica Remake, announcement March 13th

That would be nice. They can take the GC build of RE: Code Veronica, revamp the game play (since it's in 3-D) with RE4 like Camera angles and re-texture it. Maybe get it to run at 60 FPS.
