Is there a game similar to Little Big Planet for the Wii?

I get to get any game I want, every month up to 50 dollars.  It's called a budget, and it's not just my wife that thinks $400 for a extra video game console is not a smart move.  It not at the top of the priority list.  I would love to have a PS3, but I like the Wii more so I went with that.
