eBay kicks ass. I used to buy tons of used NES games there one at a time. I got the Game Boy games Metroid II and Kid Icarus II there as well.
Just keep track of your shipping fees. There's the occasional asshole on eBay who charges you 50 cents for a game and then $10 for shipping. That's against eBay's rules and you can report them though. Shipping for games should be $3 or $4, media mail style.
When I'm looking for one game in particular, I czech eBay, Amazon, and half.com (which is related to eBay and shares your same user account). I haven't had trouble with any of those before.
