Sorry about that, I just saw a few people trying so hard to define what a plot is ("skeleton" might work for simpler plot structures, but it doesn't fully grasp the concept of a plot or what constitutes a complex plot), when there's a very precise definition. Actually, plot is one of those elements that is almost completely incapable of sustaining a story on its own, and great stories sometimes have relatively linear plots as well.
