I'm afraid I can't find a direct answer for you about the internal memory.

But, doing some rough calculations based on comparing the number of "blocks" available in internal memory and on a 512MB SD card, I'm guessing the DSi internal memory is probably around 256MB. By the way, I've downloaded 8 games/applications from the DSi Shopping Channel, and still have about half of my internal memory remaining.
