A game costs enough as it is, and if one game offers a main storyline of 30 hours, and another gives you 6 hours and then asks some more money to extend it to 30 hours in total, then it's an invalid point. Especially since the one you were quoting was talking the game you buy in the store, not the addons.
We won't argue quality since that's obviously a personal choice, but if the basic game gives you 6 hours for a main storyline, then that's short, simple as that.
