I think average consumers won't can much about picture's quality ,like me for example.
I can play games and take some interest pics while i want.(I don't use mobile phone ,quite low-tech ain't?But many kids also havn't had it too.)Then while go back home i got some funny pictures to show parents.Happy happy right? :D
If i really need high quality pictures for my works ,i can just borrow expensive-like-hell camera from my brother(He's photographer.)
