I bought it too...  I have about an hour complete and it is better then the original GTA IV game.  A lot more attitude and it gets into the action much quicker.  I gave GTA IV an 8.5...  To me the DLC is a 9.

 

Yeah, plus it's not all, "Oh, Roman! The war, Roman! How many ways did the war scar me? One way! Two ways! Three ways! Ah ah ah!"
