We'll we do have some official figures. Almost 3 years ago when the game was meant to be coming out with the console Guerilla gave an interview to Volkrant (main newspaper in Holland). On 28th November 2006 they said

"the game will cost more than the most expensive movie in the country, Black Book "

At that point that meant $21m. So in almost three years and with the amount of delays it has had being pushed back, with 120 programmers working on it we can assume those costs increased not decreased.

So the final numbers we will know when they release their company notes to the stock exchange. But until then it looks unlikely the game will have brought Sony any profit, in fact if the $60m number is true (very doubtful) then they could be making a huge loss on this one.
