Why are people so threatened by the Wii?

No its more like the difference between quake III and F.E.A.R ( I say this cause hopefully you played these games on the PC). The AI in quake III is stupid AI or conditional AI, anyone who's played the game enought and nightmare mode should know.

I would say the best example would be farcry. I was completley shocked at the adaptive AI in that game ( it was an option if I remeber quickly) I put that game on easy and turned that feature on just to make it a littlebit of a challenge....... well because of how I was playing the AI got really smart really quick.
