If Nintendo is to blame for anything, its in forcing third parties to choose. This isn't like last gen when ports were relatively easy. Third parties have to choose between PS360 or Wii, and Nintendo should have forseen, given what happend with the GameCube, that many would gamble on PS360.
That said, its been well over 2 years since launch, and it has been blindingly obvious to all impartial observers which console will win this generation, hands down. There is no reason for the third parties to continue putting out crap product for Nintendo.
