I wonder how far away it is until games will have the ability to lip sync to whatever audio is provided on the fly. For example if they had Japanese audio the characters lips would automatically sync to that instead of having to have programmers/animators spend countless hours working on the changes and/or others having to work on the Japanese dialogue until it comes close to matching the lip movement of the English dialogue. Maybe Unreal Engine 3 includes the ability to do this to some extent?
