What? I never said the game ran at 15 or 20 fps,so since you have nothing else get ouf of here.

 

Ran is different than Drops,Ran is where you stand still and it runs 30 fps,when heavy action gets going it drops to 15 cause the system can barely handle it.

Did you say any of that in your OP? Why not read what you wrote.
