From what I've heard it's the full deal. I was only in Japan for 5 months for Study-Abroad. Unfortunately, that ended. I really want to go back in the next couple years. It's a very good culture, IMO.

From what I hear, this version includes full English voice-overs. It's sold out at Play Asia. They apparently under-estimated the demand for this title.

This game only has the English audio, even the Japanese version.
The Asian version was released on Feb 26, which has both English and Traditional Chinese text. Apparently, the localization of Demon's Souls for NA and UK markets has been done. I don't understand why SCEA/SCEE hasn't made any announcement yet.
