If the graphics are an enhanced version of Morrowind. Otherwise, the Wii doesn't have the texture memory to do the detail of Oblivion as it is.
Engines don't make systems more powerful. They simply help development, making it easier to push a system to what it can actually do.
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
