I'm not usually one for making predictions, but what the hell, here's my guesses:
1) The PS3 will win Japan by a landslide. Yakuza 3 will push a lot of PS3s, Wii sales will remain stagnant, and 360 sales will drop off significantly. The real question will be who takes second place for the week. (Wii is most likely to, but I'm hoping the 360 can pull off an upset and beat it for another week before the Star Ocean effect dies out.)
2) The 360 will win America by a comfortable margin. PS3 sales will be up a fair amount, but not enough to overcome the current weekly gap.
3) Europe will be a statistical tie. The 360 will still win, but the difference will be within the margin of error.
