Depends if I'm allowed to include Zelda: TP. If am then it takes a second. If not then yes Mario Galaxy. Personally, I've yet to play anything this gen that even comes close to Galaxy. Of course I haven't played MGS4 or GTA IV or whatever everyone else is hyping up, but Galaxy was just amazing. Hard to top such a well constructed game. Going simply off of what I know about the developers, though, I'd say MGS4 would make good competition.
