@outlawauron: I didn't mean that, although it is true that EA didn't (and doesn't) seem too excited about Dead Space's sales.

My point is, why not putting this game on the Wii as well? I played the 360 demo and saw trailers and video reviews of the game, and frankly didn't see anything that can't be done on the Wii, with a slight graphical downgrade...

Heh, I think it would take a whole lot of work for them to do a port. And it is. In order to make the graphics for the Wii version slightly comparably to the HD counterparts, they had to make it on rails.

If it were an TPS, then I'd say it would look a whole lot worse than the Dead Space Wii looks now.

And I think the reason for the lack of a Wii port has to do with that the devs don't know how to do a Wii version. They finished Dead Space and now they're working on Dante's Inferno and Dead Space 2. Another studio is handling the Wii port and they'd be the ones to port the second one as well.

But why do the graphics need to be comparable to the HD versions? Isn't it more than proven that people buy Wii games even if they don't look as good as PS360 versions? A good example, Call of Duty Wii which is proving to have legs.

Regarding your last paragraph, you may be right. If that's the case, they better start learning soon.

They don't. I'm just responding to you saying that it wouldn't take much work to do a Wii port. I'm saying they have to either change the game or completely work the system. You get something like Dead Space Wii or Dead Rising Wii.

And comparably, COD: WaW Wii legs aren't too great.
