why does everyone assume that a huge graphics leap will make the console cost $900? The only reason the PS3 costs so much is because of Blu-ray. By 2012, BD will cost about the same as DVD does today. Heck, right now you could easily make a console that kicks the PS3's butt for like $250. Imagine what you will be able to do in three more years.
Not trying to be a fanboy. Of course, it's hard when you own the best console eve... dang it
