I'm still saying it won't top 700k. If World at War couldn't do that over the holidays, this won't either.

Edit: Just saw the news post on the front page.  I might be wrong!

But I suppose it shouldn't be that surprising.  We have more pre-=orders for Killzone 2 at our store than we did for World at War, and it's not like new(er) IPs can't outsell even deeply entrenched ones like Call of Duty.  Gears of War's opening week on the 360 was over 900k, despite the 360's install base being only around 5.5 million.  Killzone could pull a similar feat.
