The Wii will win in HW obviously, but I think KZ2 will help boost PS3 HW a decent amount. Halo Wars will also do well, but I think it is will be a disappointment in comparison to its predecessors. I think it will be enough to keep the 360 in the #2 slot though. FEAR 2, a great game will flop, and HoTD will keep up its nice start and easily pass a million.
