Why is the Conduit 'meh?'

I have no idea what it's about...

Looking at the main character makes me think of Half-Life... and looking at the levels make me think of Golden Eye/Perfect Dark.

Some of the best shooters out there.... but knockoffs are rarely as good.

No Splitscreen.

Can't name a good game HVS has made themselves.
