1. Jowy Atreides (Suikoden 2): Best character development in a game ever, one of the most complex personalities. He's simply amazing
2. Glados (Portal): It's the most fun character, no character is funnier than Glados
3. Yosuke Hanamura (Persona 4): I thought he would be yet another cliched stupid sidekick, similar to Junpei in P3. I was wrong, Yosuke is amazing, it feels like a real character, never over-actuated, always according to his personality
